Liberational Leadership for Equitable Outcomes in Achievement
ERE designs learning days to address the unique differences present in any organization, community, school district or academic environment. There is no better way to expand organizational capacity for equity leadership, than to differentiate professional development sessions and integrate job embedded coaching, with a gradual release approach. This approach moves through phases which include new learning, implementation, refinement and mastery. It is our desire to increase proficient practitioners of equity and antiracist advocacy, across contexts, fields and circumstances, maximizing growth for all learners. We aim to develop educational leaders, organizational managers and community stakeholders who generate systems of sustainability for cultures of transformational practice.
SERVICE GOAL
To transfer professional learning in liberational leadership; which shifts the achievement trajectory for all citizens, by leveraging the power of equity education across all sectors.
